Welcome to PHD Skin Care Store, the online store of Palm Harbor Dermatology. In the short time since we opened in August, 2008, we have enjoyed great success because we are committed to a great patient experience, state of the art technology, and doing our best to educate our patients on how to care for themselves. We carry only products we believe in and use ourselves. We take time to teach our patients how to care for their skin, and we relish the dramatic improvements we see when they return to the office. The Skin Care Store is our first effort to offer help to men, women, and adolescents who can’t get the first hand experience of visiting the office. It’s also for our valued patients who need to replenish supplies, but find themselves too busy to visit the office.

As you peruse the Store, you’ll learn about your skin, what it needs to remain healthy or to overcome previous damage, what products are best suited for your needs, and how to use them. You’ll see that we have tailored selections for the individual with dry skin differently than those with oily skin. This distinction is more subtle than is widely appreciated and therefore perhaps it’s not surprising how often we are asked for assistance in self-assessment. We have a few tips that will help Discover Your Skin Type. Our patients also frequently ask “What’s in these products that I put on my face every day?” We’ve got some information for those inquiring minds also in our Ingredient Glossary. Finally, we know that not everyone wants to spend the same amount of time on his or her skin. So, we offer something for those lucky to get 2 minutes for skin care, and something for those who can afford a greater commitment of time.
