Amy S. Ross, MD is a dermatologist specializing in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and laser treatment of skin disorders. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, board certified by the American Board of Dermatology, and is an Associate of the American College of Mohs Surgery, the most selective organization of skin cancer and reconstructive surgeons in the U.S. In 2008, Dr. Ross founded Palm Harbor Dermatology where she specializes in the treatment of skin cancer.
Dr. Ross was born at Morton Plant Hospital and raised in Clearwater, Florida. She attended the University of Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, and her Master of Science in Pharmaceutics. She received her medical degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she graduated with honors. After a dermatology residency at Drexel, she completed her training with a dermatologic surgery fellowship at Vanderbilt University.
Dr. Ross continues her academic interest while in private practice. She spoke on the management of high risk skin cancers in March at the annual American Academy of Dermatology meeting. She has numerous publications, and has authored a book chapter on optimizing outcomes in dermatologic surgery for skin cancer.
Dr. Ross lives in Palm Harbor, and is married with two beautiful children, Lilly and Michael.
Elizabeth Arrington is a general dermatologist who treats a wide variety of dermatologic conditions. In addition to treating rashes, moles, and skin cancer, Dr. Arrington also performs skin surgery, cosmetic procedures, and laser treatments.
Dr. Arrington graduated from the University of South Florida Dermatology Residency program in Tampa and completed her internship in Pediatrics at both All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg and Tampa General Hospital. She attended the University of South Florida in Tampa for medical school receiving awards in Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Dermatology. Dr. Arrington earned her undergraduate degree in Linguistics at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida where she also studied Neuroscience and worked at the McKnight Brain Institute. She is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society for physicians and the American Academy of Dermatology.
Dr. Arrington is from both South Florida as well as the Kansas City area, but has lived in Tampa Bay for many years. She enjoys traveling and has lived abroad in New Zealand and in Costa Rica where she provided medical care to a rural community. Dr. Arrington’s other interests include playing the piano, snow skiing, fishing, and spending time with her husband and baby boy. She loves her job and her patients and feels privileged to be entrusted with their medical care. Dr. Arrington strives to get to know each patient well and address their needs in a professional and comfortable environment.

Audrey joins Palm Harbor Dermatology after receiving her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Florida. Her interest in dermatology as a career arose from her experience as a trainee in the PHD practice during PA school. Her passion for wellness and a healthy lifestyle was evidenced early in her academic activities. Prior to becoming a PA, Audrey obtained a Masters in Exercise and Sport Science. As a graduate assistant for the University Athletic Association at UF, she provided care for a diverse group of elite athletes on many of the school`s teams. She is now in training herself for an Ironman Triathlon competition. Audrey is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), and is a member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Audrey was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, and loves the Florida lifestyle. She enjoys running, biking and swimming, plus spending time with her family and friends. She lives in Palm Harbor with her husband Marc and 4 year old dog Maui.

Rashae Doyle is a graduate of the physician assistant program at the University of Florida's School of Medicine, where she earned a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies. She specializes in general, pediatric/adolescent, and surgical dermatology with an emphasis in cosmetic dermatology. She is certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
With over 8 years experience in the Dermatology and Aesthetic Industry, Rashae believes in providing a full range of cosmetic services in order to offer the best individualized treatment to each patient. The “one size fits all” approach is not her focus. A perfectionist by nature, her approach is subtle, natural- looking improvements to enhance upon each patient’s own features. She performs a variety of injectable and laser treatments.
Rashae has been a National Laser Educator and Consultant and is also a trainer for Suneva (Artefill) and Medicis (Dysport/Restylane) teaching medical professionals the appropriate dermal filler and injectable techniques. She has been a “Platinum Level” Botox provider which indicates a high volume of experience and expertise. She believes in providing a painless approach to Botox injections and strives to maintain natural expression.

Hailing from New Jersey, Eileen comes to us with over 20 years experience in the medical office field.
Eileen is here to assist you with your billing questions and/or comments and to also follow through with all services submitted to your insurance carrier to make sure, you, the patient receive your maximum benefit.
Eileen is the proud mother of three adult children, one living in Clearwater, Florida & the other two in New Jersey. Though they are all at a distance, they keep in touch on a daily basis thank goodness for Moms!
When not hard at work at Palm Harbor Dermatology, Eileen loves being at the beach, bike riding, walking, doing yoga, shopping, and finding the best places to dine.

Dawn is an unusual combination of warm personality and medical billing knowledge with over 15 years experience in the medical field. This job is very difficult, and every day Dawn performs it with a smile, humor & calmness. If you ever have any questions about insurance or charges, you will be happy that she is a member of our team & here to assist you.
Originally hailing from New York, Dawn has resided in Florida for over 20 years. She is a proud wife and mother of two young children. In the few free moments she has, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking out, and shopping - of course!

Char comes to us with 3 years of medical office experience, as well as many years of management skills. She is responsible for answering our very busy phones, and completing your visit at check-out.
Char originally hails from Pittsburgh, PA, but has made Dunedin her home for the past 38 years, where she lives with her husband and two Schnauzers. She also has a grown son who lives in the area.
When not immersed in her job and home, Char enjoys boating with her family, exploring new restaurants and shops, family gatherings, travel, swimming, and walking. She proudly participated in the 3-Day Walk for the Cure in Atlanta and hopes to do it again someday. She loves vacationing in Boca Grande as well as in her hometown of Pittsburgh.

Jenni joined Palm Harbor Dermatology to work part-time during her summer vacation in 2010. She has become a tremendous asset to the practice, always willing to help out where needed. You will see her welcoming smile when you check-in at the front desk.
She is about to graduate from USF majoring in health science. We hope she will continue her studies and go on to become a Physician Assistant. She would be a great addition to the medical field.
In her free time, Jenni cheers on the Florida gators, and spends time with family and friends. She loves being outside on the water, reading, and food!

Living in Florida for 16 years, Justine considers herself to be a true Floridian. She graduated from East Lake High School and loved the area so much that she decided to stay local and attend the University of South Florida. Justine graduated in 2010 with her degree in marketing. She has worked in the hospital service industry for six years.
Justine enjoys being newly married to her husband Christopher. Together they enjoy travel and exciting cuisines. On flights, Justine loves to take advantage of the great views by practicing her photography. She is very close to her family and also enjoys spending time with her parents and two younger brothers.

A smile that will immediately put you at ease! Heather joined Palm Harbor Dermatology in 2010 after working in the medical field for over 8 years. She has worked in different clinical areas, but realized being the one to greet you when you arrive at Palm Harbor Dermatology fits her personality best.
Heather was raised in Boston, and in her early years spent time traveling the country with her parents. Her father was in the rock n’ roll band Mitch Rider and the Detroit Wheels. After an amazing experience traveling, Heather and her family settled down in Dunedin where she graduated from Dunedin High School. She is the proud wife and mother of two children; one who is attending college at USF...go Bulls!
When she is not busy at work, she enjoys going to her son's little league games where she is the official score keeper and team mom. If she is not at the ball field, she is watching her daughter coach a junior cheerleading team. She enjoys going to Tampa Bay Rays games and entertaining at home - she is an excellent cook!

Born and raised in Connecticut and an Alumni of the College of Mass Communications at the University of Denver, Amy comes to Palm Harbor Dermatology with a background in customer service and over four years of experience in spa operations and management. Her aesthetic knowledge makes her a perfect choice to take our new expansion of the Cosmetic / Spa Area at Palm Harbor Dermatology to the next level.
Amy is dedicated to building an aesthetic team that will strive to give clients the perfect pampering experience while ensuring that each service is customized specifically to achieve the best results possible. Expansion of the Cosmetic / Spa menu to include services and programs not currently offered is key to our efforts. This is certainly an exciting time for Palm Harbor Dermatology and Amy wants our patients and clients to be as excited about our expansion as we are. She is looking forward to meeting all of you in the near future and welcomes any suggestions and feedback you have to offer. Karin joined us in August of 2011 as an RN. She is a passionate nurse who cares deeply about her profession, her patients and her career. Nursing is a second career for Karin, although her first career also involved patient care – of zoo animals!
Karin is a Florida native and she and her husband moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2006 after spending two years living in Leeds, England. While living overseas, she and Chris were able to travel all over Europe and Asia and even spent several weeks trekking in the Himalayas up to Everest Base Camp.
When not working Karin enjoys spending time outside with her two young boys, the occasional evening out with the husband, running (usually after the boys), and daydreaming about reading a good book.
This Florida native and graduate of Clearwater High School has become the resident phototherapist at Palm Harbor Dermatology. She has been happily married for 20 years and is the proud mother of two children and two dogs!
If you have a light treatment done at PHD you will meet Bonnie. She promises to hold your hand throughout the treatment, if you wish :) , and provide you with the best care possible.
In her free time, Bonnie loves to garden and work outside in her yard (with a large hat and sunscreen, of course).

Ronni joined Palm Harbor Dermatology in November 2009 as one of our Medical Assistants. Since then, Ronni has also trained in being one of our Mohs Lab Technicians.
Ronni has a very diverse background in the medical field (which has included occupational therapy, assistant dietary aide, and assistant activities director), for a short while she strayed away from the medical industry to dabble in the banking industry as a mortgage underwriter. Due to the recent downturn in the market, she decided to go back to school & that is when her interest was sparked for dermatology.
Ronni is pleased to be back in the medical field as she loves helping people and making a difference in their life.
Ronni hails from Caribbean Islands of Trinidad & Tobago and moved to the United States in 1989.
In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, spending time with her mom and niece, and motorcycle riding when the weather is nice (of course with a helmet for safety & sunscreen for protecting against those UVA & UVB rays).

Stefanie is not technically a native, but has lived in Florida since she was three.
She's one of the youngest employees at Palm Harbor Dermatology, but her ability to learn quickly has made her one of the most valuable. She splits her time at PHD between the lab, assisting with surgery, and assisting with medical dermatology. Although relatively quiet, her wit often emerges unexpectedly.
In her free time, she enjoys going to Orlando, traveling on cruises, and playing with her niece and nephew.

Brenda is joining the Palm Harbor Dermatology family and bringing with her experience from Safety Harbor Resort & Spa where she did skin care consultations, product recommendations, and best of all put all her clients at ease and into a relaxed state of mind.
She has been happily married for 17 years to her high school sweetheart. She has two active, wonderful children who love the outdoors, movies, and travelling. She enjoys working out, boating, great food, and hanging out with her family and friends.
Brenda is passionate about skin care and advanced treatments that enhance the beauty of the skin and the connection of the mind, body and soul for overall health. She is looking forward to continuing her excellent service at Palm Harbor Dermatology where "You've Never Been Treated so Well."
Lora Gibbs is a licensed massage therapist who specializes in Swedish and deep tissue massage. Lora graduated with honors from FMU and became licensed in 2005. She thoroughly enjoys massage, and enjoys helping people heal and enjoy improved health and lifestyle though the many benefits of massage therapy.
Lora was born and raised in Chicago. After raising a family of six children, Lora and her family relocated to Florida. Lora lives in Dunedin with her husband, three of their children, and an assortment of pets including two dogs.
Lora enjoys spending time with her family, studying nutrition, music, reading, and going to the beach. She remains committed to the massage profession and natural healing techniques.
